BEATFRAME.STUDIO provides AI-powered video generation tools. To keep the platform safe and lawful, we review content before and after generation. By using our services, you agree to this Content Policy. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination.
You must not create, upload, generate, or distribute content that falls into any of the following six categories:
You must not upload portraits of another person unless you are that person or have obtained their explicit authorization. This requirement applies both to images you upload and to generated output. Before generation, you must confirm that you have the right to use the uploaded photo(s) and portrait(s).
If you believe content on our platform uses your likeness without authorization, you may submit a complaint to support@beatframe.studio. Please include the content URL and a description of the unauthorized use.
Upon receiving a valid complaint, we will review the content and, where appropriate, remove it (takedown). The affected user may submit a counter-notice or appeal explaining why the content should be restored. We aim to process complaints and appeals within a reasonable timeframe and will notify the parties of the outcome.
We use the following automated tools:
Moderation results and decisions are retained in an audit log, including any manual review outcomes, for accountability and dispute resolution.
Our generation features are powered by the following underlying models: Kling Motion Control 2.6 and 3.0.
Violations are handled progressively based on severity and frequency:
Content blocked for violating this policy is not eligible for a credit refund.
To report prohibited content or a portrait rights violation, contact support@beatframe.studio. We review reports and take appropriate action, typically within a reasonable processing period.
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may appeal by contacting support@beatframe.studio. Appeals are reviewed by a person who was not involved in the original decision. Appeal outcomes are recorded for accountability.
